  1. Customer is our first priority and we provide secure, safe, economical and efficient engineering and commercial services through the life of project such as designing, budgeting, time scheduling produrement, construction, operation and facility management.
  2. We provide One Stop professional services to our Customers to complete the project on time, on schedule, on budget and on quality.
  3. We do care community and our projects shall be environmental friendly, aesthetically pleasant and attractive design, neat & tidy work site management and eliminating public complaints of the project.
  4. We do care CSR (Coporate Social Responsibility) and Ethical Responsibility.
  5. Safety is First in all our construction sites. ALl participants shall have been trained about Safety Course and HSE policy.
  6. All projects shall comply to Customer's requirements, MNBC (Myanmar National Building Codes), Rules & Regulations of City Development Committee, ASCONS (Asia Speed Construction Standards).
  7. All our management system shall be according to ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System.
  8. We make sure to provide better and better dividends to our investors and shareholders.

Health and Safety Policy

  1. To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health and provide adequate control of health and safety risks arising from work activities.
  2. To provide adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their works.
  3. To engage and consult with employess on day-to-day health and safety conditions and provide, advice and supervision on occupational health.
  4. To implement emergency procedure e.g., evacuation in case of fire or other significant incident.
  5. To maintain safe and healthy working conditions, provide and maintain plant, equipment and machinery, and ensure safe storage/use of substances.

Environmental Policy

ASCC is committed to envrionmental protection and health and safety of its employees, customers and neighbors and dedicate all necessary resources to ensure that all services and activities carried out will be environmentally friendly.
  • Monitor on prevention of pollution, waste minimization and resource conservation as critical considerations within our core management process.
  • Compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the Company subscribes which relate to its environments aspects.
  • Regular performance reviews to ensure that environmental objectives and the requirements of interested Parties are met.
  • Provision of staff training to ensure understanding, implementation and development of these principles throughout our business.
